Historically, duku trees were from Malaysia but there is a consideration that is is one of heritage plants from Indonesia. The spreading becomes more for all over Indonesia region occupied sumatera, java, bali, sulawesi, maluku ets.

It’s characteristics

Duku plant is a high tree. It can reach around 20 metres and it’s diameter can be 40 cms. The trunk is in vertical shape. It’s bark contain much stick – it is grey the branches are round and covered with soft hair

Duku’s leaf is compound leap – odd – the length can be 30-50 cms side of twig is thicker and oval. The flowers looks like ears and the colours is yellowish – white. The fleshed stalk consist of 5 the stem is very short

Duku fruit arranged in tandan with froup. Is is round or wuale. The colours are yellow, grayish yellow or dark yellow when it is ripe. Inside of duku fruit, there are 5 fleshes in transparent while or it is as clear candle it’s taste are sweet and sour. The seed is thicker and green

The use fullness
