PROCEDURAL
1. an Asker makes a request by himself
in written with enclosing a recommendation letter from sub district
head head of village head district to muarojambi regent c/q
head of planning town agency
2. for a ± 100m2 – house and it is outside of the
capital regency not real estate, industry area, plantation area
education area, health area, the request is proposed by himself
in written by anasker to regent c/q the properly head district
3. especially for real estate, industry complex, plantation
complex, education complex and health complex, the IMB asker
is proposed to the town planning office in muarojambi regency
REQUIREMENTS FOR GETTING
LICENSE
a. explanatory letter for land (copied)
b. identity card (copied)
c. scetch of building planning
d. the last receipt for building land tax
e. photo 3X4
f. recommendation form head district or head of sub district
g. IMB asking from industry, real estate, beside having the
above conditions, he must add :

- Principal license fron
regent
- License for location from land national office
- Certificate of company establishment
- Attorney letter if the signing of request is not signed
by he asker him self
- Statement letter of the asker about ability to fulfil
the technical requirements as determined
- Member identification from real estate Indonesia and recommendation
letter explaining the free – food area from construction
department
- Planning of structured building and facilities for industry
area that proved by regent and showing the kavling of location
it is for industry company that located on industry areas.

RULES FOR RUNNING BUILDING
a. Must not build undetermined building that has been already
determined
b. The license can not be taken over to others without giving
information first to the regent
c. Must not buld outside of the determined are (RUTK)
d. Must not buld if it can cause :
- Destroying of the neighbourhood
- Destroying of the raffic line, drainase or existed building
- Destroying the society health in neighbour hood
- Destroying the public’s tranquility
e. For government office building or private it is suggested
to use the traditional design architecture as characteristic
f. The owner must cover the area by using closed fence for safety
during working
SANCTION
1. Written Warning
2. Taking Out The License
3. Demolishing
4. Breaking on retribution obligation sentenced 6 month, in
jail or fined as Mush as fourfold of debted retribution
