BASE ON THE LAW
Decree of muarojambi government num 27,2002 about the region retribution for every contractor who runs his business in muarojambi regency

Development unit in secretariat of muarojambi regency

PROCEDURAL
To get the contractor license (SIPP) the company hal already had contract of working with agency / unit / instantion of muarojambi government for prohect activities that has sources from APBD / APBN fund or foreign fund as long as there is no exception rules.

REQUIREMENTS TO GET THE LICENSE
1. requiring letter from contractor / company
2. working agreement letter ( copied )
3. notarized acta 2 pieces ( copied )
4. business place license letter ( copied ) 2 pieces
5. photo of head of company 3x4 2 pieces

TIME
3 (three) days of working days

COST :
1. Every contractor, consultant, supplier and others who lives and operate in muarojambi must pay region retribution as 1% (one) from contract value
2. Every contractor, consultant, supplier who lives outside of muarojambi area and runs in muarojambi must pay region retribution 2% from contract value
3. Every contractor, consultant,supplier and others who has tied contract must pay the legal size retribution for contractor lisence based on clasification

a. Big classification Rp. 100.000
b. M1 classification Rp. 50.000
c. M2 classification Rp. 25.000
d. K1 classification Rp. 5.000
e. K2 classification Rp. 10.000
f. K3 classification Rp. 5.000

VALID ISSUE
According to SPK

THE KEEPER’S OBLIGATION
1. the contractor who runs in muarojambi before starting his project must have SITU that is issued by government regency
2. the contractor who is from outside of regency before starting his project must report him self to the regent along with the business document evidence
such as :
a. his complete identity
b. taken responsibility
c. place where the business is run
d. sceth of prohect
e. form of project
f. business license

SANCTION
1. Warning in written
2. frozen the license
3. drawn out the license
4. breaking for the retribution sentenced 6 month in jail or fined al four fold of debted retribution
