2. General Investigation Report
3. A Receipt Of Regular Retribution
4. Planning Of Work And Cost
5. Company Establishing Certificate
6. A Receipt Of Exploration Contribution Free

15 ( Fifteen ) Days

COST
Legal – size free Rp 500.000

VALID ISSUE
2 Years

THE KEEPER’S OBLIGATION
1. Must not do the undertemined activities that is given
2. The license can not be taken over without giving information to the regent
3. The activities must not disturb the tranquality of public and environment surrounding
4. He must not do the activities outside of the determined area
5. If in 2 months, started from issuing the license the exploration ativities is not run, as a result the license stated expire ( draw out )

SANCTION
1. Warning In Written
2. Drawing Out The License
3. Senternced 6 Month In Jail Or Fined As Much As Rp. 5.000.000 ( Five Million Rupiahs )
