THE KEEPER’S OBLIGATION
1. The company must save the enviroment from pilution that is from liquid, solid, gas sound nuisance
2. Company must serve waste processing instalation to minimize the effect into enviroment
3. Company must not throw waste away from processing or derecting activities that can pulute the river and it is a must to buld the shelter or Pond in order to be as a shelter of wasting water that also has function as a filter to netralize hue wastng water or area for solid waste
4. Company must reduce air polution and sound nuisance gas leaking out. The effects of process of industry machine / activities and other equipment
5. Company must save the dangerous chemist material for human life animals and natura surounding it and othe danger so the company must buld a special shelter / pond.
6. Company must keep the clean of environment and away the smell that can distrurb the public health
7. Company must prepare the fire fighter’s equipment such as water hidrant, fire extinguisher, sand ladder etc, these equipments must be put at the reachable place

3. Drawn Out The Lisence
4. Breaking the retibution obligation sentenced 6 month in jail or fined fourfold of debt retribution
