PROCEDURAL
Making the request in written to the regent of muarojambi c/q the head of mining and mineral office with enclosing the needed requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Map region / location
2. recommendation letter from the head district
3. recommendation letter from the head village
4. identity card ( copied )
5. certificate of establishing company ( for legalized company )
6. AMDAL / UKL-UPL document
7. Planning of production
8. A receipt for reclamation quarantee

TIME
3 ( Three) days of working day

COST
Legal – size fee Rp. 35.000

VALID ISSUE
2 Years

THE KEEPER’S OBLIGATION
1. He must not the activities outside of determined area given
2. License must not be taken over over to others without giving information first to the regent
3. The capacity of production must not produce more than the cubication that is determined
4. The company must pay the retribution of mining material according to the tariff that has been ruled in region decree
5. Mining activities must keep the sustainable of mining area
6. The company must do the esthetic arrangement of mining area
7. If in 2 month started the date issued, company doesn’t run the actvities so the license considers unvalid

3. Drawn Out The Lisence
