PROCEDURAL
Every people or institution that doing trading business ativities in region of muarojambi must have alicense of trading business form regent to get the license, the asker send a request in written to regent c/q cooperation agency industry and trading with enclosing the needed requirement

THE REQUIREMENTS TO GET LICENSE :
1. The Request Is Written On Stamp
2. License Of Occupancy Business (Copied)
3. Identity Number Of Tax Payer (Copied)
4. Idenity Card (Copied)
5. The Notarized Certificate For Legal Company
6. Photo 3X4 3 Pieces
7. Enclosing The Receipt Of Retribution

TIME
3 days of working day

COST
In giving the license to the company (legalized or personally ) is given legal-size retribution that is determined based on type of services.
a. License for small business Rp. 50.000
b. License for medium business Rp. 75.000
c. License for big business Rp. 150.000

VALID ISSUE
1. The trading business license in given as long as the owner runs his business
2. the license keeper mus regency – register ( he-registration ) every 5 years started from the issued date
3. continuing the license can be given with return the real license that is owned

THE KEEPER’S OBLIGATION
a. Every People / Institute That Does Trading Business Activities Must :
1. Doing The Determined Obligation In Each License That Is Given
2. Doing The Busness Activities Six Month After The License Issued
3. Keeping The Environment, Sfety And Tranqulty Of Public
4. Reporting To The Regent If There Is Chaning Of Owner And Changing Of Location Through The Cooperation, Industry And Trading Agency
5. Pbeying All The Rules That Relate With The Business Trading Ativities Based On The Issued Law
b. People / Institution Doing The Trading Business Activities Must Not :
1. Changing, Adding, Pr Decreasing The Wide Of The Bulding Without Agreement Of Regent
2. Taking Over The License To Others Without Agreement Of The Regent
3. Running Other Activities, Except For Business That Is Given

SANCTION
1. Warning In Written
2. Drawing Out The License
3. Senternced 6 Month In Jail Or Fined As Much As Rp. 5.000.000 ( Five Million Rupiahs )
